At Roosevelt Publication, we strive to deliver high-quality publishing services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital and creative services, all payments are generally non-refundable once the project has commenced.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Service has not yet started
  • Duplicate payment or billing error
  • Inability to deliver service due to internal limitations

3. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued if:

  • The project is canceled at an early stage
  • Work completed will be deducted from the total amount

4. Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds will be issued if:

  • Work has been completed or delivered
  • Client changes mind after project initiation
  • Delays are caused by lack of client response
  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences after revisions

5. Revisions Instead of Refunds

We encourage clients to use the revision process to address concerns before requesting refunds.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–14 business days.

7. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate service suspension
  • Legal action if necessary
